CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelling within 12 hours of the appointment or no-showing with result in a 30% cancellation fee. Showing up 10 minutes late will result in a $5 late fee, and we may not be able to complete your entire appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes, you will then be charged the cancellation and no-show fee of 30%.
